The UHA Department of Public Safety provides safety and security for the three member institutions and the University Heights College Suites, which is privately run by the Renaissance Corporation and currently provides additional housing options for the students belonging to the three institutions.
The department also provides 24-hour per day, 365-day response to life-safety incidents, coordinates internal and external resources to assist the management of critical incidents, and conducts awareness programs to proactively assist its community members in the maintenance of personal safety.
